Job Description
Subway is hiring a full-time permanent food service supervisor in Brandon, Manitoba.

Work setting: On site. Work must be completed at the physical location; there is no remote work option.

Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Ensure food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- Establish work schedules.

Supervision: 3 to 4 people.
