Subway is hiring a full-time permanent restaurant manager in Brandon, Manitoba.
Work setting: On site. Work must be completed at the physical location; there is no remote work option.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate daily operations.
- Monitor staff performance.
- Plan and organize daily operations.
- Set staff work schedules.
- Supervise and train staff.
- Determine services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Lead and instruct individuals.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Provide customer service.
