Job Description
Subway is hiring a full-time permanent Food service supervisor for an on-site restaurant role in Pembroke, Ontario. The work location is 1100 Pembroke St East - Pembroke Mall suite 220, Pembroke, ON K8A 6Y7. There is 1 vacancy. Shifts may include evening, flexible hours, morning, day, and weekend work.

Responsibilities include establishing methods to meet work schedules; supervising and coordinating staff who prepare and portion food; training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures; estimating ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation; ensuring food and service meet quality control standards; preparing budgets and cost estimates; addressing customer complaints or concerns; maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage; preparing and submitting reports; and establishing work schedules.
