Main Duties
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, specialized entrees, and food.

• Train and supervise kitchen helpers, junior cooks, and food preparation staff in
modern commercial cooking methodologies, plating setups, and strict equipment
operations.
Schedule and coordinate the activities of food prep staff to guarantee optimal line.
