Best Western Plus Bathurst Hotels & Suites is hiring a Hotel manager for an on-site role at 150 Main Street, Bathurst, NB E2A 1A4. The position is permanent and full-time at 35 hours per week, with one vacancy and a start date as soon as possible.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing policies and procedures for daily operations, conducting training sessions, enforcing policies and procedures, addressing customers' complaints or concerns, assisting clients and guests with special needs, establishing work schedules, and organizing and maintaining inventory.
The role requires strong interpersonal communication, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, and the ability to work as part of a team. Applicants must be authorized to work in Canada. - Job Location - City
